To faithfully carry out the Interim Procedures for Aliens Who Work in China Participate in Social Insurance by No. 16 Decree of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in line with the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security about Forwarding Notice on Issues Concerning Doing Well the Work of Aliens Who Work in China Participate in Social Insurance by General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Surenshe Han No.694 [2011] and the Notice on Doing Well the Work of Aliens Who Work in Suzhou Participate in Social Insurance by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Administration (Su Renbao Gui No. 1 [2012] and combining the actual situation of Suzhou Industrial Park (hereinafter referred as SIP), concerning doing well the work of aliens who work in SIP participate in social insurance, it is notified as follows:

1、          Aliens who meet the insurance conditions shall participate in comprehensive social security plan type B according to the regulations of Interim Measures for Management of SIP Social Insurance (Provident Fund). Aliens who had participated in comprehensive social security plan type A before release of this Notice can participate in comprehensive social security plan type B at their will.

2、          This Notice shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. Meanwhile, Notice on Aliens, Overseas Chinese and People from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao in SIP Participate in SPF System (Suyuan Laobao No.59 [2005] shall stay of execution.
